Return Policy

MyCuteMobile.Com strives to provide our customers with excellent service. For any reasons if you wish to return the item to us please write to support@mycutemobile.com. Please provide the order id in your email.

Non-damaged returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase date or payment date. Please refer to the following refund policy:

• The item should arrive to us within 30 days of purchase date or payment date.
• The receipt/ packing slip/ invoice is required for all returns.
• The item should be in brand new condition and in its own original packaging
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged returns: We will replace the damage item and ship you a new one at no additional cost. To be eligible for the damaged claims:

• The customer should contact MyCuteMobile.Com within 2 days of damaged item arrival.
• The customer should provide the digital photo proof of the item arrived in damaged condition.
• The customer may be requested to ship the damaged item back to us. In such case, MyCuteMobile will pay for the return shipping charge for the damaged item. The new item will not be shipped until we have received the returned item.
